SOLD I did this one at Heathcote Botanical gardens a couple of weeks ago, finally getting around to posting it. The heliconia is the big plant on the left, there is a cracker rose in front of it. On the right are some honeysuckles, I saw a few humming birds flying around in them while I was painting. It was a nice day.
The painting is 8 x 10 inches, oil on masonite,
Florida Plein Air oil paintings, stormy landscapes, hurricanes, travel.

How beautiful! And now I know where the hummingbirds go when they leave here in the autumn!
Thanks Sherry!
