1485 The Oak Grove
These are based on some of the oaks that are growing at the Savannas Recreational Area off Midway road. Its 5 x 7 inches, oil on masonite. It has some nice textures, I used mostly my painting knife. $100.
Amazing the difference in Florida oaks to those here in IL. They all gnarl though, don't they? Love the dimension the texture adds to the tree leaves, as if they are blowing towards you off the painting itself!

Thanks much Sherry, it is amazing, we have a bunch of different kinds here in Florida alone.
